Saturday Self-Love

I desperately need to get back into a routine of self care. I really should do it everyday but my mini goal will be to dedicate Saturdays to me!

I started today with a 6 mile hike. And now relaxing in a bubble bath!

Well I've made it to Orlando. It was a less than two hour trip but it felt like forever. I left Sebastian in a rainstorm yesterday evening. And it wasn't a little rainstorm either. It made driving a little scary and kinda horrible (my car doesn't have AC or a ventilation system that works). Just north the rain had stopped so I was feeling good....

Everything has been moved to Orlando except for me and the pets. We are spending the long weekend near the beach before moving inland. Relaxing before I start the daunting task of unpacking and cleaning the new apartment...my fiance love moved in a the start of summer but since he was in PA school he didn't clean and hasn't been living there for the past two...

Sadly I got an email from my boss that due to lack of funds they had to cut my position! frown This is the only thing I hate about small business. I will sure miss my students....now on to job hunting

How can they not have a kindergarten teacher? That's one of the most important positions in the world. Well I'm sorry about the bad news and I wish you all the luck in finding another job.

There were 2 teachers in that classroom, I had the least amount of experience (2 years) so they let me go.

Totally bummed. Work just called to inform me that I am not need to work tomorrow with the school b/c they are going to the KSC. I thought I was going too frown I've never been and was looking forward to it. I'm going to miss my Kindergardeners Instead I get to go in at 1pm and work in the Daycare watching 15 2 year olds...
