Breakfast: Smoothie (1 cup almond milk, 1 cup frozen fruit, and 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder)

Snack: Peach cup

Lunch: Lean Crusine Meal (chicken alfredo)

Snack: celery and peanut butter

Dinner: spinach salad with cuccumber

I'm starting to train for my 1st 5K run. 3 days a week I will do interval runs (run 1 min. walk 2 min.) for 2 miles. The days I'm not doing the interval runs I'm walking 2-3 miles (depending on rain and how far my dog will go with me.) Since today is day one I'm not sure what else I'm going to do. I should probably throw in some pilates and yoga. I have a bunch of work out videos so maybe I will do those! I keep my the SG world posted I what I end up doing.

Not the greatest day....didn't really do anything...and I was hit by an overwhelming sense of sadness and cried for no reason that I can think of. It was weird. Looking forward to seeing my students tomorrow and having some fun!

I think my student loans are trying to kill me!! skull I don't understand how people can pay them back and afford to live. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I have no clue what it might be. Finding out that I'm way poorer than I thought eeek was not exactly how I wanted to spend my Holiday Weekend frown

Summer is over and I couldn't be happier! I love being back at work and meeting all the new students!

Finally got to go snorkeling again!!! Too bad the lame ones I went with made me get out of the water after only 2 hours...they started to get leg cramps (they just aren't part fish like me!!!!)

9 more days till summer break!! The students are excited and so are all the teachers!! I also decided yesterday that I'm going to get a team together to do The Color Run in Orlando FL, Dec. 2nd. It will be my 1st 5K! now to start training/perparing....
