I was heading to lunch at work, minding my own business, when I saw some folks from the Humane Society outside the cafeteria. They. Had. Kittens.

Now I have kittens.

My adult cats are pissed, but mostly ignore the kittens. (I HAD to get two, they were brother and sister!)

Am I the only one who sees 'I'm looking for: Whoever comes along' on a profile and thinks 'Hey, I am a 'whoever''?

Happy Mother's day to all of you wonderful, tattooed, pierced mothers, step mothers, mother in laws, etc! We'd all be nowhere without you! (Also all the untattooed and pierced too!)

I made five very low sugar chocolate peanut butter mini pies but now I'm too worn out to enjoy any of them.

Homemade peanut butter cookie crust and whipped cream even.

I hate being tall because I have to hunch over to prepare food and it kills my back (okay, the extra 140 lbs kill my back, but the hunching exacerbates things.)

I can tell I am getting older, because I see a new model and I think 'she's what, 18? 20 at the most?' then I look and she's 26 years old. My perspective is askew. Another indicator? Ya know, I was just looking at my 'followers' list and realized that I have a group of gorgeous people following me. Makes me happy even though I am rarely on...as an overweight old guy it is nice to see attractive young people!
