well im hurting today and i feel great from working out! 
i got up early and took my puppy to the vet. shes such a scaredy cat and so i knew the visit would be entertaining...when she gets scared she starts yelling really loud ha ha,..and so they had to get a fecal sample and she was yelling and pee'd all over the nurse...and was freakin out! it was pretty funny but oh so cute,...i added some pics in my new folder juz dumb one of me after wakin up and my new kicks...
