The mornings that you wake up shaking and crying and don't know why. Where you want to scream to someone, anyone, for help, but don't want to be a bother to the people in your life. When you feel completely alone in the world... but yesterday you felt great, like nothing could ever be wrong.
It's the days that make you scared to be happy, because being happy makes these days feel like they hurt so much more.
That is depression.
Here is reminding myself that tomorrow is a new day, and it will be better đź’ś
