Oh, just found out about this super grain called Quinoa (pronounced Keen-wah) that is sooooooo delish. I have no idea if it's available Down Under or not, but give it a try if you see it. It's a grain you cook like rice--one cup grain to two cups water. I made this awesome dish today--my first ever Vegan dish actually. But it was super yummy.
