i'm making dinner tonight for the vday:

seared ahi tuna with a ginger soy dipping sauce

served over a mixed green salad with a light wasabi vinaigrette

grilled sesame asparagus

wasabi garlic mashed potatoes

pinot grigio wine pairing

mochi ice cream (mango and chocolate)

a cute date to dine in with

i just need a few more ingredients and i should be all ready to make this lovely feast tonight. i even went out and bought a new knife and a potato peeler today too. go me.

so what are all you people doing tonight? oh and if you are a vday hater (which is totally acceptable, i hate hallmark holidays too) just talk about something else then, ok?
