fuck father's day... i have a sperm donor not a father
in fact, i call him "steve davis" when i talk about him
because he is a father to me in no way at all
woohoo i'm about to win a D100 on ebay
huzzah! my first DSLR. finally!
so happy to have finished my last project for my photography class
not sure if i got all the shots, but whatever
i have decided that a bad grade is better than a 0
because i was so frustrated with this project that i wasn't going to do it at all
so tired.
the project entailed waking up at 4:30am with my boyfriend and go to work with him
because i did a "picture story" and i am entitling it "a day in the life of a shed installer"
so has anyone ever heard of a "superfund site?"
it's usually an old landfill that was polluted a lot without the polluters knowing about it
and the government declared it a hazardous place and forced the pulluter to attempt to clean it up
the most famous one, which was also the first, is the Love Canal in Buffalo, NY, you might have heard of it
anyway, there is one in my city, Dover, NH.
i drove by it last week
and the other day i took a shot of what it looks like from the road
(this is all you can see, the rest just looks like lush greenery)
gross. so check out this site if you're interested in learning about your area
it's all very interesting, i took an environmental science class this quarter and it opened my eyes to so much!
