Same here. Sallie Mae isn't doing consolidation loans either. Student loan debt *sucks*. Asshats on Wall Street and giant corporate assholes who created this economic mess are getting govn't welfare handouts, but I can't even *refinance* my student loans into something more manageable to take advantage of these historic low interest rates. i just booked my first wedding for 2009! yay, i'm so psyched!
especially since i got a $400 deposit (1/4 of the total)... that's one week's pay for my full-time job.
