Went up to Nashville. Great town, pretty as hell. It was nice to see ground that actually undulates; that has a little personality. Florida is, geographically speaking, boring as fuck.
The mountains were incredible. I loved driving around up there, just going to get coffee was like a video game.
The bars rocked. You're walking along and you stop in a door way and say to yourself, "This band is awesome." Then you walk a few steps, your feet stop af their own accord, "Fuck, this band is even better!". Again and again and again. Granted it is very country oriented, but good old school country, rock-a-billy shit makes me want to drink like the Irish-American Indian I am. I heard one of the best Stones covers ever by a guy in cowboy boots and hat. If you can do the Stones justice you're cool with me.
