One nice, productive day.
Sold a camera on eBay for a profit. I bought it from a shop last year with the intention of selling it to make a few quid.
Convinced my local Jessops manager to give me a refund on another camera. It had been stolen from a university (luckily I am still in contact with the lecturers else I wouldn't have known) and sold to the Jessops, who in turn I bought it from. Hitherto Jessops had been unwilling to do a refund until the police advised them to do so, but given that it's been three months and my robust patience was straining a little the manager was, ah, "brought to my way of thinking".
Neither of these could have come at a better time, I really really need to pay a 2k bill this month.
Oh, and my perverse little adapter arrived from the States... I can now put Nikon lenses on my Canon camera. HAHAHA!
