i've reached the point in my life where i'm seriously considering buying a house. it's making me feel old. the thought that i'm going to own something worth that much money is staggering.

on the other hand, it has me very excited. i'm almost done my first forray into home rennovation, and the possibilities with what i could do with my own house are endless.

part of me wants to rush headlong into this, and part of me wants to slow down and work out all the details to make sure i get it right...
