I really dont think that there is anything wrong with staying home all weekend if you really feel like it. Honestly weekends are completely overrated and I think I could have more fun sitting at home with a good book, movie or website than I would going out with a bunch of drunken louts.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's rough. I wont lie and say it will be fine. I went through it, I missed a week of school.I was mad at my family for not telling me. Because they didnt. I have the feeling I have told you this already.
Take the time to be with him, I wish I had had that opportunity.
I lost my favorite Aunt to Cancer. She wouldnt let any of us see her near the end. I wish I had been able to do that as well.

My sister called me this morning. My grandfather has cancer, stage four, has possibly around six months to live.
He's the only grandfather I have ever known. My other grandfather died when my dad was 4.
He's well over 80, so I suppose it's the way of things. But stil...

i only knows one of my grandad also. and not that close with him. my dad may be having brain tumor. maybe thats too much information coming from a stranger... anyhow.
