i rocked the first week of yoga teacher training. put together an awesome manual, and kept everyone entertained and educated for 15 hours. i even built them an online board for forums and chat. then i stayed in bed all day monday. and i mean all day. got up to meditate and stretch at 9:30pm

I have women doing cat - cow stretches throughout the third trimester. I also encourage them to crawl on their hands and knees every morning and night. These are exercises that encourage optimal fetal positioning. Which just mean head down and in and anterior position.
I try to get all my mama's doing yoga throughout pregnancy. The always have the best births. Calm mind, calm spirit.
