Our downstairs neighbor moved out. I celebrated last night by stomping around in my boots.

Things are not too bad, with oine minor exception - one I won't go into but which is on my mind very much.

Now off to job number two! And then home to grade papers and sleep.

p.s. i smell bad today, oops.
