My poor father!!! seriously-
Past few weeks - the obvious terror attacks on the city where his only daughter lives and now this morning bombs going off in the city where his only son is!
So got a text message through at 7 this morning from my brother saying he was alright and to let dad know...? hmmm I wandered and continued the text..as i'm in Sharm el Sheikh......switched on tv and saw the news.....not good
Have decided on a new name as you can see as when signing up I couldn't think of anything.......I just fancied a change!
Went to Southend today with joe , his sis Lauren and our mate Rich! had a cool time hung out on the beach, played mini golf, went bowling and walked about the town, the weather wasn't so great but it was warm......I love being by the sea, just the sight and sound of it makes me feel better, somehow reassurred . I so need to move to the seaside!!!! - oh and southend really wasn't as chav-tastic as I imagined it to be, it much worse where I live!!!
Also I saw the nutritionalist on tues and I now have my new eating plan......for life, adjusting has been quite hard and i've been suffering as my body has been going through a detox, so tirefd and massive headaches!!! but atleast I know its working!
Gots to go shopping again tomorrow to find a blasted top for this weddingI'm attending in two weeks - also am looking forward to the hen doo this coming friday!!!
