thank you all for the birthday wishes!!! I had a really good night out, a welcome release!!
things have been pretty hectic here at home and work. nearly left work last week and just trying really hard to not blow up. no news from the doctor about seeing a psychotherapist....but have been cramming my mouth full with chocolate intead! - not looking forwardto the sugar comedown
will probably update properly later - pretty knackered
