1. I love fall, winter and spring, hate summer.
2. I have a half-brother who's young enough to be my son.
3. At one time I thought I had a religious vocation (i.e., almost became a nun). I still collect nun memorabilia.
4. I was over 40 when I got my first tattoo.
5. I am actually a stultifyingly boring, uninteresting person.
6. I have only had sex with 4 people in my entire life.
7. I believe that very, very, very few decent movies have been made in this country since 1980.
8. I hold doors open for people.
9. I secretly wish Martin Sheen really WAS the President.
10. I firmly believe that most people's IQs drop at least 50 points the moment they get behind the wheel of a car.
11. Even though I made a conscious decision not to have children, I secretly believe I would have made a good mother.
12. I am an idealist, but I can't be around other idealists very long; they annoy the hell out of me.
13. I wish I was more artistic.
14. I took piano lessons when I was a kid. I really wish I had stuck with them.
15. I love mermaids.
16. I have an autographed copy of the "Dr. Demento's Delights" LP. He signed it for me when we went to see his show at Reed College (his alma mater) a couple years ago. Dr. Demento rules.
