Mental note: Always set an alarm to wake up in 20 minutes if I'm going to cook pizza while drunk at 4 in the morning.

I was wasted last night, but decided I just had to have a pizza before going to bed. It was 4 in the morning, so no delivery, but luckily I had DiGiorno's. Since it's just as good as delivery, I felt compelled to leave myself a tip. Fuckin' cheapskate.

Well, I fell asleep about 15 minutes later and woke up because it was hotter than Hades. I didn't even realise why it was so hot until I saw the thick cloud of black smoke lingering in the kitchen. Thank god the smoke detector is in the bedroom or I would have been alerted to this catastrophe before it had a chance to burn my apartment down.

Anyway, I've been burning candles and incense all day long and all I can smell is the stupid burnt pizza.

The funny thing is that as I was taking the pizza to the dumpster, all I could wonder was how much longer would I have to cook it until it turned to ash? The entire pizza was blacker than black. Looked like Akasha just before she turned to dust.
