So Real Madrid (that is like the world's most famous soccer club for those of you who don't follow sports) is in town. And they just happen to stay at the Park Hyatt hotel in Zurich, which is right next to my building. They arrived yesterday and it's been crazy around here ever since. Camera crews and fans everywhere. And then early this moring around 4 am some bonehead decided to launch firework against the hotel. Actually, it was more like a huge blast that was followed by the sound of shattering glass. Scared the crap out of me. Within minutes the police and fire department arrived.

Summer is officially over. It was nice and hot until Friday. But it's been really cold and foggy ever since. What ever happened to the gradual changing of the seasons? It seems for the past few years we've going straight from winter to summer and vice versa.
