Everything feels a tad random at the moment. Lots of things are happening that are unexpected (or maybe expected), weird, totally out of the blue and some times down right hilarious and some times down right sad.
SGOUKI texted me yesterday asking if I wanted to go to the Microsoft Techfest Party with him. I'm shying away from all things geek at the moment. Well aside from MSN, LJ and the occasional trip to Catch27 and myspace. Oh god. I'm one of those pimply faced nerds with no life. No wait! I do have a life but only really on weekends hahaha.
I've been working late nights all this week, I'm sick with the flu and am feeling rather tired in general. I am finding it hard to stay focused on my Wanaka plans at the moment due to current circumstances. I need to get my gumption back and get on track again. I will, I think it will just take me a week or so. I know what I need to do and where I need to go and in the meantime I will try to start saving properly to fund the trip.
This weekend is looking good socially ... J-Mo and I are hitting the movies on Friday night to see The Skeleton Key and Saturday will be sweet as MacGuyver and I are catching Streetwise Scarlett and ELEMNO P at The Rising Sun. Booyah! I don't care what anyone says, I like ELEMNO P because they remind me of good times and good fun. So you can all just eat me or keep your snide music elitist comments to yourself ... shit heads
Oh wait, that's my 'other' bunch of friends who hate ELEMNO P, not you guys.
I'm off to shove some toilet paper up my nose to combat the snot dribble. Delightful aren't I? Yeah you know it baby
