Tool was awesome. Maynard is definitely one of the most hypnotic people I've ever seen. There were lazers, fog machines and video screens. All I could stare at was him. haha Pittsburgh was a damn cool town too and we took the scenic route up which was nice. It took roughly 11 hours each way. Except on the way up the boys decided they had to pee around 3am and we got lost somewhere in the mountains of WV at night with fog everywhere. Jay was convinvced ginger kids were gonna run out of the woods and kill us. He almost had me convinced too.
On the way home we got a flat tire on I-40 which was a fun ordeal. We still made it home in time for dollar tacos at K38 though.
All in all, I got to see my favorite band in the universe and they didn't disappoint me and I got to spend two days with some fucking awesome people. It was a nice break from the SSDD syndrome I've been suffering from lately. I also got quite a few nice photos in the process which is always nice. I might upload them soon.
