Lots has changed over the past months.. Cathee and I broke up.. and got back together. Our plans to move have fallen through and she has since moved to living with one of her other friends. It didn't really work out for us, which I guess was quite a bit of a learning experience.
Work has become so utterly unbearable that I have chosen to call in sick enough times to get me to the point of being fired. I consider it 'forced motivation' to leave really, as it generally seems to be much easier to stay with a shitty job than to leave one. Screw Disneyland.
Today I should be getting the option of being terminated on the spot or putting in my two weeks notice. Should I actually get to choose, I will definitely put in my two weeks. I hear that just about everyone else got the choice, so here's hoping that I do, too.
Either way, the job hunt begins once again.. I can totally see myself working at some sort of tech-related job. I've been tempted to apply at Cingular (oh yeah, I recently switched to them from Verizon.. happy so far) or my cable company, Adelphia. They seem like they might not be horrible positions.
My bank account is overdrawn.. my credit cards are maxed, and my dad is moving away very soon. Ahh, the joys of being a college (aged) person. I decided not to attend this semester, which I am now regretting, but will definitely go back next.
Enough rambling for now.. I need to go visit the girlfriend before she heads to work.
