the welding thing did not work out as planned. as we were getting ready to leave we got a call telling us all slots had been filled and there were about 1,000 pwoplw in line. but we can still do the program and pay a nominal fee, much less than the normal course cost which is thousands of bux. i'd still love to learn welding, so peter and i can put together low-rider bicycles.

yesterday he brought me a bundle of pink tulips. they are so beautiful! spring is on its way.
