Oh no! It's 6/6/06!!!
(There needs to be a devil-head smiley BTW) Time for all the backwoods nuts to freak out and then be disappointed when the world doesn't end...wonder if they'll go ransack maternity wards to see if the Antichrist was born...
I'm sure I'll hear all about it where I work, which is a cross between "Office Space" and "Deliverance." I may be biting my tongue until it bleeds today.
On a more fun note, I discovered the best radio station 'round these parts, 93.3 The Planet, has a place where you can listen online. I can't ever get it in my car, so this makes me a happy girl. They actually don't play the Top-40 "new rock" that the "other" radio station plays (which mainly consists of a Nickelback/Fall Out Boy continuous loop). You could hear Nirvana's "Rape Me," and then Metallica's "For Whom The Bell Tolls," for example.

Too bad, I didn't see a single news article about people doing crazy shit and freaking out because of 6/06/2006. Though it seems the Dutch led an all day prayer vigil -- lol so I guess the world was saved yesterday by the Dutch! haha!
I thought about going to work yesterday with my Satanic bible but I chickened out :-( still I freeked them all out a bit when they saw me with the Compendium Maleficarum a few days ago
Still it was hardly a book of black magic, but a work of the church in 1609 on what the church believed witches and demon worshippers capable of doing. Quite the fun read -- REALLY! The woodcuts are fantastic too...
