Mmm...Junior Mints. To paraphrase Kramer (I love Seinfeld but I don't exactly have the dialogue of every episode committed to memory): "Who would turn down a Junior Mint? It's peppermint, it's chocolate, it's delicious!"
It's weird how science is now discovering that things people adopt as vices (XCEPT TOBACCO) are actually good for you. Chocolate is full of flavonoids, and a diet high in red wine, tomatoes, and olive oil (mmm...Italian food) is like the best thing for you. Oh yeah, and vitamin D. Now they say you should get 15 minutes of sunlight a day (WITHOUT SUNSCREEN BECAUSE IT STOPS YOUR BODY FROM MAKING VITAMIN D) to get the adequate amount. A 100% vitamin D supplement is no good. To really ward off colon & other cancers, you need like 4000 I.U.'s a day. Now I'm starting to sound like a health nut, so let me go eat another pound of Junior Mints
