I know a place like this, it's a fave for local photographers. Coming to it from the land, it's about a 15 foot drop to the beach. The beach area is covered with these large exposed roots and trees like this one. Really cool place, it looks like you're on another planet.

I happened to be driving by and after I took the shot and started walking back to my car there was a loud banging from inside. I didn't want to know what was causing the sound.
