Sometimes I wish things were more interesting- then I get over that, and remember all the times that I thought my life was too interesting.

Stupid new year... I'm all full of aspirations and a yearning for self-improvement and all that rot. I'm sure I'll have an endless 3am essay coming up in a week or so, but I feel all cliche when I get to that point, so I'm trying to head it off early.

I guess I could just signup for a karate class and work some of it off, but there's got to be more to it than that. Hm.
