Did Dick Cheney have Ken Lay Whacked?
It's been recently revealed that during the Bush years, Dick Cheney had a secret CIA assassination ring that reported only to him. I've also heard that the CIA had operations inside the US during this time. Dick Cheney was, in a very real sense, "Big Brother."
Consider a tale of two scumbags: One the one hand we have Bernie Madoff, a man in his early 70's who is now serving a life sentence for a ponzi scheme that cheated millions of investors out of their life savings. When he went to trial, he pleaded guilty and refused to rat on anyone else. This is actually a disappointment for prosecutors, who were hoping to get a plea bargain for him in exchange for information about others involved.
On the other hand, we have Ken Lay, who ran the Enron enterprise(into the ground). When his scandal was uncovered and he faced serious jail time, he was ready to spill the beans on everyone. He died, supposedly of a heart attack, the day before he was supposed to testify in court, and had a closed-casket funeral. He was slightly younger than Madoff is now.
It's widely known that Ken Lay had a close relationship to the Bush administration. Bush and Cheney used Lay's private jet on the campaign trail in the 2000 election. Could it be that he had some dirt on the administration? The timing of his death could not have been more suspicious. This, combined with the fact that we know Cheney was involved in covert operations that were accountable only to him, paints a very interesting picture.
Think about it.
