Found a cockatiel sitting in the middle of the street on my way to work this morning. 
Despite being clearly spooked and having no clue what to do outside of his cage, he seemed fine. So, he's now locked in my bathroom with some water and Rite Aid cockatiel food. We're gonna put up some signs in case it belongs to a neighbor, but, assuming nobody responds... anyone want a bird?
