well I have decided to go on a 3 day juice fast. I feel I am in need of some cleansing.
so the countdown is almost over, 2 days of work left. Wooo.

I did a 5-day juice fast once, it was quite difficult. But I felt very cleansed afterwards, and pleased that I stuck to it. Good luck!
