I had a good day. I started doing stretching exercizes in the morning and evening stretching my legs, arms, back, limbs. Its definitely having an effect on my energy level as well as my limberness while working. I walk very oddly putting a lot of strain on my legs, knees, and on my feet. I feel it while walking up stairs especially, and while lifting.
I fluctuated a lot between happy and stressed as I do most days. I leant more on Happy, mostly because I was intentionalizing myself that way, remaining balanced and neutral. I watched I love Huckabees, and one phrase struck a chord in me Destruction, Creation, Destruction, Creation Happening as Jude Laws character loses his house and everything he owns, his position at his job, and his girlfriend to the main characters Other the Other and his girlfriend enter a relationship, and it is this moment when the main character realizes that he and Brad (Jude law) share something intengral that they are in fact the same entity, the same. One of the predominant messages in this movie is Sameness, in Linkage between souls, between everything As in, the sign post across the street is the same as the sandwhich is the same as Aids, is the same as cancer, is the same as Bob working at Wal-mart, is the same as myself, is the same as my livingroom, is the same as Influenza etc. Everything is linked, and everything exists in chaos. Much like an ocean.

So while walking upstairs I was thinking Destruction 0 Creation the unity of negative, nothing, and positive. It is in the nothing where we exist. Nothing dosent exist, but it is here, a neutrality that is constantly being created, being created, and being created.
