Well I've been truly graced with a lot of really good friends. Making friends has never been an issue for me and I love how diverse they are. I have my two best friends I grew up with so there's a lot of amazing people I could talk about here but I'm not gonna talk about them here today. I'm gonna talk today about your friendly, neighborhood Spider-man...now don't judge a book by it's cover, my dudes. My best friend is not that friendly, neighborhood Spider-man but you'll get why I say my best pal is Spider-man here in a bit.
Autism is a thing now and a concern for many. We still don't know how my brother, Connor got it but that's not what makes Connor. Connor is Connor cause he's funny, kind, noble, and he just really enjoys life. He really gives no fucks and yeah he may have his moments but all in all, Connor enjoys life and is a true light to those around him. I see some of your sad blog posts, my dudes, and I wish I could send you up his way. Just to spend five minutes with Connor and hear his zainy adventures of the ninja turtles, transformers, avengers, alvin and the chipmunks....more often than not two of those usually cross into eachother's path. But just witnessing this well you'll see how special he is and you'll feel special too.
We had a very special day last week, we all got to witness something majestic, Connor, that autistic kid, the kid that wouldn't make it out of high school, the weirdo the girls say, well he made it out of high school last week. That's right, Connor graduated high school, he did it, that's pretty fucking majestic. He's been discriminated or picked on for a long time but he did it, he silenced everyone. Should say something, my dudes, if he can do this then fuck, what's our excuse for not accomplishing wonders.
Although I always knew he would, I recognize he may need an extra boost than most, he has to go according to a different lesson plan, doctor's say he's autistic. Me, I dont give a shit, that's my brother, that's my best pal, that's Spider-man, and he's just as capable of making wonders happen the same as you and me.
Pretty amazing to say he's becoming a young man in his own right.
Thinking back on that scrawny little shit that'd escape the house and I'd have to chase him down the street. That scrawny kid that'd steal my CD player cause he wanted to listen to Linkin Park. That scrawny kid that'd sneak into my room cause he couldn't sleep and we watched South Park till 2 in the morning. Yeah, then he went to school and sang, "Kyle's mom's a bitch" because she pissed him off; Thanks Connor, I had the lecture cause of that. But always that kid that would try to make you laugh whenever he saw you were having a bad day.
Shit, Connor really is Spider-man and that is amazing.
