Do you ever just take a moment to look at the world. It's been a ritual I picked up as a kid from my grandpa. He always told me to wake up early enough to catch a sunrise and wherever you are stop and take a moment. Take a moment to appreciate a sunset, you made it. You made it through a day, you struggled, you went through A to Z, but you made it. You made it to the end of the day, that's precious. A lot can happen within that time but to be able to make it, is a triumph.
There was a lesson, I'm sure, I think it was to appreciate the true beauty of the world. We're going 100 miles an hour a day that we can lose that appreciation. It's not necessarily concretely explained why we're here but shit were here. That's something to marvel over.
For me it's always been a marvel to stare at. So I challenge you to stop and look at a sunrise or sunset. Take a moment, take it in, it's a freeing feeling to know after whatever bullshit you caught during the day, you made it to be able to catch such a sight.
