Me: My car is a lemon and I'm overqualified to list it as one. Give me a new one or tell me who your arbitrator is so I can ignore him then sue you for the cost of everything plus civil penalties.
Car mfg: Lol, you fall under NJ used car lemon laws and we aren't giving you anything. Let the dealer fix it. And that after market intake the dealer sold to you already on the car, that will negate the check engine lights on your car. (the short of the phone conversation, they were actually very polite in the way they said everything but this was the summary)
Me: Yeah, how about you go look that up and call me tomorrow, m'kay?
The next day
Car mfg: Well about that call yesterday, we don't know if we have an arbitrator yet. Mind if the dealership buys back your car? While deciding on that we will pick up your car and fix it so you have something to drive while the arbitration/you suing us thing goes on.
Me: So... how did that law lookup go?
Car mfg: ...
Car mfg: We really would like to avoid the arbitration and litigation if possible. Send us your requirements.

On a side note, last night was the most surreal night I've ever had( in a good way too). Hmm, I don't think I've even had a surreal night up until last. I was watching some anime, get called out to a bar by my bartender and she proceeds to get wasted. She is very funny when drunk, and then it got interesting. Chicks are weird.
