Another entry! I just finished the script. I decided to scrap the script I worked on during the summer. I finished that one a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I was done, I read back over it and thought, "Man, what a piece of shit." Three months was spent working on that thing. It's not total crap. There are parts that can and will be salvaged.
Last week I started another script. A horror/comedy film. It's going to be a short film. 30 to 40 minutes long. I haven't decided if I want to film it in black and white or color. The cast consists of only five characters. Two only appear briefly. So the schedules shoudlnt' be too hard to work around. The last horror film I attempted to make required about forty people. I had a nervous breakdown trying to organize that one. Needless to say, it was never made. People quit on me when they realized I was serious about making a film. Lot of dreamers here in springshit. But when it comes to actually making something happen, they shribble up and dissappear. Oh well, that's their problem.
The point is that I have a script that I actually like! I'm going to send it to an actor friend of mine in NYC. He does theater, but wants to move into film. The character that I would like him to play was written with him in mind. So I hope he notices. And loves it and realizes that he should be in this flim!
The computer tells me I'm running on reserve battery power. Time to get off and finish laundry.
Have a great day, folks!

If you at least get to go to Austin, then it is not a disaster but I hope you get what you want.
