Mega grrr.
So what's new in the land of Silencia? Oh, ho-ho... Let me tell you! Now, please keep in mind, I'm just venting. I don't need apologies or displays of sympathy. Just read on, and try to come up with good jokes about my recent participation in unfortunate events.
I went to Canada... in a freshly wrecked car! Yup, that's right. Yours truly got in a car accident. I'm fine, but my car totally isn't. I just got a call from the auto body shop, and it turns out that my car needs about $4000 in repairs. BUT, seeing as I have insurance, I only have to pay the $500 deductible. $500 is so much better than $4000, but it's still more than I'd like to be paying for anything at the moment. Grrr.
But here are pictures from Canada:
I now have a series of photos where Lyxzen eats random shit. Enjoy! (sidenote: she was NOT in the car when the accident happened).

Moira is cute.

Canada, you will be missed. A huge thank you to Cherry and Matt for being such gracious hosts. You guys totally rock!
On the way back from Canada, I was hit by a seeming sudden wave of sick. Occasionally, my stomach decides to hate me, and causes severe discomfort and major yack-age of anything still hanging out in my stomach. Lyxzen had to take the wheel after a food stop, and I proceeded to be the biggest wuss from the passenger seat. We made it to our respective homes just fine, and then I learned that even water is puke-able. It was sexy, really
If the car accident and the wave of sick wasn't enough for you, how about coming home to an incredibly sick cat? That's right, my little baby was sneezing up a storm when I made it home. His eyes were super goopy, and he was having trouble meowing. Despite my stomach still feeling like a thousand fists were starting a riot, I called up the vet closest to me house and was able to get him in to get checked out. Turns out that he suffers from Rhinotracheitis. He was sick with these symptoms when I adopted him, but I had no idea that the disease would linger in his system. Poor kid, he hates taking meds, but I can only image that it's no walk in the park being ill. Despite the necessity in seeing the vet, that was another $115 that had to be spent.
Debt sucks, but it happens, right? Anyway, did you guys know:
