So I have been trying to quit the drinking and smoking, just because I wanted to and felt over the scene and what not. Come to find out my blood pressure is extremely high and I now have to quit or risk dying of a heart attack before I am 30.

Maybe my mind and body were trying to tell me that this whole time >.>

But anyway dude in the white coat says I must so I am.

Its also weird that now that it is a medical issue no one is giving me shit for it anymore.
