Guess who had a KICKASS week? This bitch right here!
The week started off with an impromptu beach camping trip in Carlsbad with my girls, where my jeans may or may not have been the only thing that was faded. A good time was had by all and I'll leave it at that. However, if anyone in that area runs across my red bikini top, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
In a completely unrelated matter, swimming at night in the shallows because you want to be a sea lion is a bad idea on many levels. Not that I would ever do such a thing, just FYI.
Thursday was topped off with seeing a show at a San Diego landmark: The Cashbah! It was an AMAZEBALLS show by some really great artists. I was lucky enough to get back with the headliner, The New Politics, and chill for a bit. The Copenhagen-born gems of awesome are honestly the coolest, most humble people. I'm not sure why the people who are so talented that they could get away with a bit of ego always have the most down-to-earth personalities, but once again that seems to be the case with this band. Also, the lead singer (not pictured) has a face made to be sat on. Just sayin'.
