Well here goes........................................
I have been working for 3 weeks to loose weight......and I think I lost maybe a pound. either that or I my eyes were a lil blurry when I looked at the scale. I went for a run after I woke up. I know I am outta shape. I don't have to be told i am. I have made it to the point where I can run the half mile without slowin down. instead of a quartermile like when I started. So I have doubled what I could do. He is bitching at me that I only made one trip instead of the two. I thought I was doing pretty good. But apparently I should be able to RUN the whole 2 trips by now....so he bitches at me for about five mins. Well I head on to work out some more. I do my workout....which is all just mainly areobic shit......I have NO weights here....no equipment to work out with. so everything I have to do is just sit ups....push ups......and running......So I have come up with a new routine. Every 2 hours I am going to run, and do my exercises. But the sooner I loose the weight the sooner i can get out to basic...which means the sooner I can graduate........which means the sooner I can spend time with a certain person. Sweetie you make my day......I just hope I can return the favor
