Hope you weren't all in shock this morning at the clock change! Knocks me right off it does!
So - not much to tell you really. Had a very quiet week of getting my head together after the addition of extra added hormones to my already wonky system. Conclusion - I'll just have to wait and see. The alarming rate that my bossom has grown is just one of the many changes I shall have to cope with! As well as spots bigger, better, brighter, faster than ever before - I would show you a picture - put it this way - Shy needed no halloween mask this year!! I am of course, dramatising - they aren't that bad, but they are noticable and painful - and after a battle with the spots as a youth, I don't really want a re-occurence of that particular nightmare!
As I type I am testing out three varieties of spot cream - yum, I look like I'm the queen of a pink and white polka dot party!
So - not a time to quite smoking kids! Hahah - Bill Hicks was right! I won't kid you when I say that it is not easy. This may come down to personal will power and support, but even with a Nicorette inhaler I still managed to smerk away about 6 of everyone elses faggerellos over a 9 hour period. Actually - that is not too bad! I mean I wasn't drinking - had no drugs and danced all night. I think the 6 ciggys I had were cancelled out by vertue of the fact we rocked. haha
I did however, wake up this morning with a cough, a very tight chest and all the reasons why I needed to give up came hurtling back into my reality. I felt so guilty and ashamed. The fact remains - I smoke, I am increasing my chances of getting all the things I am trying to combat. Note to self - Pack it in, it's not good (although - much to popular belief it does look hella cool - I say this cos I miss it, all the sexy images I have in my head, on photos, in books involve smokers seductively toakin on a toot, the wisps floating up to the sky from between thier fingers, circling round thier lips then out with a slow, drawn breath.) Bugger - Bye Bye faggerettes, I will over come my weekness. I will, I will, I WILL! Besides I smell. I hate the fact the stink of smoke covers up my gorgeous perfume and natural pheromones! I blame this for my being single tee hee (we can put this to the test!).

I was gonna wander out and meet the fellow Manc Clan today but as I didn't get back til gone 6 (7 old time!) this morning, I felt a day under the blanket in the recovery position was in order.
Went to an amazing Birthday/Halloween party in Manchester in this building:
At the back of the eye hospital. If the Manc loonies are near there - do have a look, and see if you can get inside - really is superb and such a great venue. This was only a one off - the caretaker is a friend of the Birthday Boys. I will post some pictures up in the week.
Three crazy round rooms of loveliness. Mad mixture of funksters, krusties, grunge and goth - spot of skate, dash of musos and a smattering of arsehole. Healthy melting pot of clashes. Much fun and a lot of love to the Party Boys in the spotlight.
I wasn't up for the old pulling game this weekend, I just wanted to dance. It seems when I have this head on, the more attention I get, but with my heart still being slightly tender after recent events, I am a tad weary of the male variety at the moment and just remained my charming self while givin the odd flirtacious wiggle
. I have my attention firmly placed on making time for myself and being spot free again. Swapped a few phone numbers and out for a night of Northern Soul in the next few weeks with a nice guy called Simon - real funkadellic kinda chap, who just wanted to let his twinkle toes loose all night but the Breaks and D&B wasn't really to his liking - think MR Brokenhouse could have shown him a thing or two (mind you, I blame the Lambrini and Blackcurrent he was drinking! URGH!!). And when they slammed on Britney Spears' Toxic - I think he felt a bit sick. This guy was old skool and proud of it. Cool fella, can't wait to go out dancin with him.
So suggestions for dressin for a nothern soul night??!! I have some sexy suede purple pin-up platform shoes and a gorgeous wool Casherel coat - just need a dress to compliment. *searches ebay* humph!
Bit gutted I missed Electric Chair - but sooo glad I shared Ish's happy day - he was the funkdoobiest!
Starting a fad diet tomorrow (stuffs in yet another hunk of chocolate, I figure if I make myself sick of it - I won't be tempted to eat it, even though I do absolutely LOVE chocolate) plus swimming, climbing and plenty of water and green tea. Feel the smoking stoppage, the added estrogen and it being too wet to go out riding has excelerated my winter coat growth that is needed to survive the harsh cold winters haha!!
It's all good - I'm lookin forward to climbing tomorrow and have a good plan for the week ahead. Got a meeting with the housing people and the tenants association in the afternoon and I pick up the results of my blood tests and other things in the morning, so hopefully the cause of the headaches will be determined and I can fully enjoy the being healty and worry free experience.
I start yoga and have a day at the gallery and shopping for ideas. All in all - I can't wait til November to begin, gonna be fun and busy!!
