it's sunday today. and i don't have too much to be mad about. well i do...but...

anyways. so school has started! and it's going great. i got kind of busy these past two weeks reading lots of chapters and shooting photos and today i slept in a little too much and didn't get up and at 'em as soon as i would have liked. anyways, i need to shoot an assignment today and then bring the photos in to print them in-class tomorrow. should be exciting. i should actually go out. RIGHT NOW. to do it. haha. but like i said...feeling a little apathetic after this long week.
so yesterday was a lot of fun, though. i had planned on going to 'matinee's for maniacs' a spinoff of my film history teacher's event called 'midnites for maniacs' that usually does a 3-er film viewing at the castro theatre. so since it's valentines, he decided to to a 2-day thing dedicated to the late john hughes. saturday the theatre was showing 4 original 35mm films: sixteen candles, breakfast club, pretty in pink, and planes trains and automobiles. i wanted to go see breakfast club and planes trains...but then i dunno...i was home and hopped on facebook and saw that connor was online. connor started going to school with us in ohio when i was in the 6th grade. and i think the last time i saw him was when they all graduated. so it's been like 3 1/2 years. so i met him round civic center and we went to castro theatre and caught BOTH breakfast club AND pretty in pink. they were great. the theatre was amazing and it was so good to see a familiar face in the city. after the movies we rode into the sunset. LMAO. sounds so funny. BUT..we rode the L train into the sunset neighborhood.....LOLOL. and showed him the house and grabbed another beer up the road and called it a night.
i shuffled around online for a smidge and then hit the hay.
well...i'm off to go shoot some photos.
i should totally update my 365, too, as I have the photos but no time to edit/post.
