The other thing is I wanted to give you some background on one of your gallery photos. - The "Just an old house" photo is the place where I did that body recovery (did I mention it to you?). This guy beat his mom to death with a hammer and wrapped the body in one of those blue tarps and tied it up with an orange electric cord.

He then dumped the packaged corpse into the cistern, which - believe it or not - would have made for a GREAT photo! I can't get it out of my head. I hate to even drive past the place.

They had 25+ dogs and 30+ cats living in the house when I was there and every room was piled with trash and animal excrement when I went in to find somewhere to plug in the confined space vent fan. You wouldn't have believed the smell!!

She had been in the cistern for like 8 months and the doctor who worked for the CSI people unwrapped her while I was standing like 3 feet away. I don't know how I didn't vomit. The smell was indescribable. He had tied a plastic Kroger shopping bag around her head... another great shot if you're into sick shit like that...

Anyway, the guy was living in that mess when he was arrested. The kicker is that he got 7 years for beating her to death with a hammer and 1 year for gross abuse of a corpse!!!!
