Feel kind of down today and yesterday. I re-dyed my hair to try to cheer me up, but I don't think it's working. On the upside, my hair is once again the nice deep blue that it is in my surly-lookin profile picture. Hm. I'd like to just sit on the couch today, but there's too many damn Christmas errands to run.

When forced to sing carols, I replace any two-syllable adjective in the lyrics with the word "menstrual." Except Silent Night. There's too many in that one; it's overkill.

To demonstrate: Menstual night, menstrual night. All is calm, all is bright. Round yon menstrual mother and child, menstrual infant, so menstrual and mild.

See? So Silent Night is exempt.
