Yup. Crashed my bike at the racetrack this week. Bent the forks, ratched the newly painted race fairing. Tried to dig a trench through the gravel with my face. The helmet is fooked. But my precious little face in unscarred. (I know, you were all really worried.)
It was actually an interesting experience. Didn't hurt a bit, and I have enough spare parts to get going again for less than 200 bucks (except for replacing my $800 helmet. That hurts. But at least it did it's job.
Just so everyone knows, I was the fastest in my class. (Brag)
Oh yeah! there was this awesome girl in my group. This was her first time at this track, and she was already just about fast enough to keep up with me. In fact, her corner entry speed was faster than mine in a few places, (I've always liked girls with big corner entry speed)
Fix the bike. Get back out there.
PS. Don't ride your motorcycle into a wall if you can avoid it. It's not worth the hassle.
