Went to my Christmas Staff party last night... alone 
But I had a good time anyways. I work with my cousin who brings good times with him wherever he goes. He was gonna bring this one girl, Robin, a mutual friend of ours, and at the last second (the day before), she mentioned that I should bring her friend Kate. I had met Kate once before, and she seemed cool, so I agreed.
There's a little history that I discovered about Kate after agreeing. Turns out she knows my brother, and is absolutely in love with him. That's pretty funny. I asked him about her and mentioned she was coming to my staff party. I am greeted by his response of "You mean creepy Kate?!?". I guess. I also recieved the "Creepy Kate" moniker after I mentioned it to my roomate. Interesting.
Things I know about "Creepy Kate"
- I noticed that she was pretty pale skinned. Turns out she hates the sun. She puts on sunscreen whenever she goes out, even when it's overcast.
-Apparently she doesn't go out that often. She mostly stays in her basement and plays video games
-She had a really tough time finding a job because she would just go to a place and ask "You need anyone?" and drop the resume in the owners lap. I guess Robin had to go with her and coach her.
So all in all, I am pretty interested to find out more about her. She's maybe too wierd for me, but I find myself very intrigued by all this. Anyways, Robins grandmother died the night before, so she didn't feel up to coming, and alas, neither did Kate.
Whatever, we had a good time watching our coworkers get "Tore up"
This one guy Bo was so drunk that he was making no sense, and could hardly hold a pool cue. It's kind of funny for my cousin and I cause, we don't really hang out with anyone who drinks, and it's pretty amusing to watch. Although, it gets awkward too, cause Brian told us he wants us to be his pallbearers when he dies, and Rebecca kissed My cousin full on the lips, and he's a pretty innocent guy and he didn't know what to do (espescially cause her boyfriend was right there). On the ride home he was like "blech, I can still taste the vodka."
Went to Lethbridge today for my friends birthday, got to see his studio and photography stuff. Very cool.

Independant goth girls are cool because they're so mysterious. They've got all this knowledge and all these secrets and because they're introverted so much nobody really knows how much they have to offer. Getting to be friends with people like that is like finding a treasure. But I'm a romantic, lol.
