Ha ha-- gross!! Steph is doing some kind of fast--thing too, that's supposed to remove years of accumulated gunk from your intestines-- like 10 lbs of it. There are all these crazy vwebsites where people post PICTURES of the black nasty goop that came out of them when they did it-- which she keeps showing me.

But 8lbs of weight loss without having to really DO anything is awesome.

Yeah I haven't tried to use the dye yet because it's SUPER concentrated and staining and also really runny (at least manic panic was kind of thick)... I'm going to ruin our bathroom and turn myself blue. Maybe I can get you to help me do it...
