well i am currently trying to quit smoking. i'm a lil on edge you might say, i'm going cold turky for now. i may have to invest into some patches or gum i'm not sure yet. i have gone 24 hours without a cig so far. that doesn't sound like very long but for someone who smoked two packs a day that a long god damn time!!!! wish me luck all.
