It's to raise awareness for heart disease, which is the number one killer for women.
I almost lost my mom to a massive heart attack in 2010, and found out about my heart condition that same year. We had symtoms before that, but didn't know it.
5 THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO FOr ME:
Take 5 minutes to look up the symptoms.
Check your blood pressure for free when you see a machine at the store.
Take fish oil for your colestorol.
Eat less red meat. (I don't eat it at all)
Drink more water.
Think about your heart when you eat fast food.

I use to take fish oil every day, the last 6 months I have not really had the money for that.
I only eat fast food a couple times a year and only when i'm on the road by myself, I hate fast food.
