Liz McGrath was "incarcerated" at the Victory Baptist Home for Girls after her Catholilc parents freaked out over her punk-rock lifestyle. this partially fueled her first artistic ventures such as angry punk rock fliers for her punk rock band and the conception of her fanzine, Censor. Liz McGrath's dioramas are static/traveling side-shows - displaying decomposing, oddly human figures lavishly dressed for your disdain, delight, and scrutiny.
